Sasha Kulizan is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with over 35 years of UK practice and also with International experience who has a proven track record of success in project and contract managing.
Sasha Kulidzan deals with all types of projects from interception, briefing via RIBA pre-commencement stages and through construction and post-construction stages different types of civil engineering, construction, commercial, medical and specialist buildings and house building projects, including significant experience of regeneration (housing, leisure and retail) projects, for a wide range of premier development companies including public and private multi-million pound projects.
Sasha Kulidzan achieved for all these schemes planning and building control (including dealing with dangerous structure notices) approvals and when necessary, approvals from Highways Departments of County Councils, English Heritage and Natural England. Sasha Kulidzan is experienced in reporting back to regular Clients Corporate and Strategic Board Meetings, H&S Committees and preparing and delivering presentations to Members and Public via face to face or MS Teams consultation meetings. Sasha Kulidzan is extremely focused on customer care, climate conscience and skillful in ecological and arboriculturist issues and current regulations.
